Sandellas Coffee Café

Londregan consulted Sandella’s in their quest to bring their New England mall based concept to the big apple. With the cooperation of the New York retail brokerage firm of NAI Newmark, the first Sandellas Coffee Café opened in the shadows of the World Trade Center at 194 Broadway. The café was later co-branded with Starbucks.
