Londregan co-brokered with US Properties on the sale of the 31,000 square foot office building on West Main Street to Inncom International. Londregan represented the Houston Texas based Rockwood Services Corporation in the sale.

East Lyme, CT - Timothy Londregan of Londregan Commercial Real Estate Group and Susan Howard and Jim White of US Properties of New London have brokered the sale of a 31,000 square foot office and industrial building located on Route 156 just off interstate 95 in Niantic, Connecticut.

Inncom International of New Jersey and Old Lyme, Connecticut has acquired the property to serve as its new world headquarters. INNCOM develops, manufactures, and markets advanced guestroom control systems to the global lodging industry. The Company is the acknowledged leader in the rapidly growing market. Howard and White of US Properties represented the Buyer in the transaction.

The Seller, Rockwood Services Corporation of Houston, Texas, has agreed to a leaseback of approximately one third of the complex. Londregan, of Londregan Commercial, represented Rockwood Services Corporation.

Financing was provided by the Connecticut Development Authority, American Savings Bank and Essex Savings Bank. Attorney Michael Sheehan of Conway and Londregan, P.C. represented the Seller and Attorney Joseph Sellinger of Tobin, Carbery and O’Malley served as legal counsel for the buyer.
