Plaza Ford

Londregan has represented the principals of Plaza Ford, Gray Widlitz and Richard Karsmarski in several transactions including: completed lease up of the Brooks Plaza following their development design for Brooks Pharmacy. Tenants by Londregan included Charter Oak Medical Center, Kings Garden Restaurant, Bee Bee Dairy, Ichban Restaurant. Londregan was the sole broker in the transaction to Widlitz and Karsmarski through the bankruptcy court of the site of their new dealership at 220 Flanders Road in East Lyme, Connecticut. Londregan represented Widlitz and Karsmarski in the acquisition of 303-307 Flanders Road the site of a new 17,000 square foot retail/office development being leased by Londregan.
