Londregan Sells Connecticut Motel

Londregan represented the Buyer and the Seller in the purchase and sale of the completely renovated American Family Inn, the 25 room motel on Route 6 in Danielson, Connecticut.

Brooklyn, CT - Timothy A. Londregan of Londregan Commercial Real Estate Group has brokered the sale of the American Family Inn located on Route 6 on the Daniel and Brooklyn town line to Ayana Hotels.

The twenty-six guest room motel has undergone substantial renovations over the last several years under the guidance of the hospitality management company Mellette and Associates.  The property includes a manager’s apartment and on-site laundry facilities.

Next to Dunkin’ Donuts just a short distance from interstate 395, the motel is very well located to perform well in the trade area.  The President of Ayana Hotels, Peter Patel, has announced that the Brooklyn property will soon become a member of the Best Value Inn chain.  Mr. Patel, who originally became interested in this property by seeing Londregan’s website, www.londregan.com, described Timothy A.
