Londregan is working on several new Connecticut locations for this Boating supply retailer.

Old Saybrook, CT - Elizabeth Meyer-Gadon of Londregan Commercial Real Estate Group represented the Seller, 3127 Berlin Turnpike Associates, LLC in the sale of 899 Boston Post Road, Old Saybrook, Connecticut. Ritz Camera Centers, Inc., the Buyer, was represented by John Elias of John I. Elias Realty.

The former Old Saybrook Furniture Outlet is now under an extensive renovation in its conversion into a Boater’s World Marine Center (a subsidiary of Ritz Camera Centers, Inc.). Boater’s World currently has over 100 stores nationwide. The store sells Boating Supplies, Equipment, & other related items. The 12,888 square foot building is located across the street from Staples on Boston Post Road (Route One) and is within the Ocean State Job Lot Plaza. The proposed opening date of the new store will be before Christmas day 2005.
