Londregan represented the L. C. Doane Company in their purchase of their new 140,000 square foot corporate headquarters, manufacturing, assembly warehouse and distribution center in Essex, Connecticut.
Ivoryton, CT - The L.C. Doane Company of Essex has purchased the 140,000 Square Foot "Turbo Products" building on over fourteen acres from Doncasters, Inc., a company owned by The Royal Bank of Scotland.
Timothy Londregan of Londregan Commercial Real Estate Group represented the Buyer, The L.C. Doane Company, and John Tully of Colliers Dow & Condon Realtors represented the seller in the purchase and sale of the 110 Pond Meadow Road, Ivoryton, Connecticut property. The purchase and sale price was $2,250,000.00.
The site is located just past the center of Ivoryton on the border of Westbrook where a portion of the site actually lies over the town line in Westbrook.
The L.C. Doane Company, an institutional lighting manufacturer has begun significant improvements to the office and assembly areas of the facility. L.C. Doane is in the process of consolidating their operation from three sites in Essex to the new property in Ivoryton. Londregan Commercial Real Estate Group also exclusively represents L.C.
