Karl Barnum sells Morton House Hotel Londregan and Mondani broker $775,000 hotel sale
Londregan and Mondani co-brokered the sale of the 42 room waterview hotel located on Main Street in downtown Niantic, Connecticut.
Niantic, CT - Timothy Londregan of Londregan Commercial Real Estate Group and Don Mondani of Prudential Connecticut have brokered the sale of the historic Morton House Hotel located at the junction of Main St. and Pennsylvania Ave.
The hotel consists of 38 guest rooms and a restaurant. The transaction closed at $775,000. Londregan represented the seller, Karl Barnum of Waterford and Mondani represented the buyer, a Connecticut partnership made up of investors with other similar interests in the state. In addition to many planned renovations for the landmark property, we look forward to finalizing a lease for a very exciting new restaurant for the Morton House, said Tim Londregan.
