Londregan and Richard Pilla of Paramount Partners complete the site selection for the second Krispy Kreme Doughnut Shop in Connecticut, this time in Milford, CT.

Milford, CT - Richard Pilla of Paramount Partners, LLC and Tim Londregan of Londregan Commercial Real Estate Group, LLC were the sole brokers in completing the deal that put the new 4,500 square foot Krispy Kreme on a 48,000 square foot parcel at the traffic lighted intersection of Post Road and Red Bush Avenue in Milford.

Londregan of Londregan Commercial and Pilla of Paramount Partners are New England Dough’s representative in Connecticut. The third New England store is scheduled to open in Cranston, Rhode Island.

Following an exhaustive analysis and search throughout Connecticut, the site search team of Pilla and Londregan have identified certain target markets and has finalized site acquisitions on the first two Krispy Kreme Doughnut and Coffee Shops to open in all of New England.
