Bess Eaton Donut and Bake Shops (Now Tim Hortons)

Londregan completed land acquisitions for new shops in New London and Waterford, Connecticut & Cranston and Warwick, Rhode Island. Londregan initiated the Kiosk co-branding with Shell Oil which started with the Smithfield, Rhode Island store.

Waterford, CT - Londregan Commercial Real Estate Group completed the lease of the former Wendy’s Old Fashioned Hamburger Restaurant at 92 Boston Post Road to Bess Eaton Coffee & Bake Shops. The Tenant has completed the reconstruction of the building into what is now the new prototype Bess Eaton. The grand opening was March 24, 1999. Timothy Londregan, President of Londregan Commercial Real Estate Group represented Bess Eaton Donut Flour Company in selecting the Waterford location as well as locating numerous sites throughout Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts for Bess Eaton over the past ten years. Londregan, the sole broker in the transaction, had previously represented Wendy’s International with the disposition of this site as well as having represented the property owner, Chris Matsas of Waterford, in securing the new lease. Bess Eaton, based out of Westerly, Rhode Island currently operates 54 coffee and bake shops in Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts.
